Seeing Nagbe is sweet but the best part about this adidas soccer ad is that the only fan shots are footage of the army. Hands-down unmatched.
Can’t stand the heat.
Made it out to the Ape Caves for a day trip. Highly recommended! I had seen pictures, but the size of the lava tube was far beyond what I had imagined. Not to mention that it was way more than a simple jaunt. There were a lot of obstacles and boulders you have to go over and around with some pretty steep and sudden drop offs. Alex’s head lamp was uselessly low when we began and added to the initial creepiness factor of being submersed in darkness while the walls around you drip water. Plus, having just one head lamp made for really slow going while we struggled to keep the path visible. Luckily our pace greatly improved after we scored some batteries off of some friendly cavers & doubled our electroluminescence (big word of the day). Afterwards we had some snacks with a great view of Helens before taking off and topping our the day with a couple of tasty blizzards. Awwwww yeah.

Hoping to get out of the city and play in the St.Helen’s vicinity this weekend. The Ape Caves are on the list!
The Truth About Cinco De Mayo
A really good edition of the Alt Latino music podcast with some interwoven history of Cinco de Mayo. Worth a listen!
Holy crap! This is mind-blowing.
Interactive scale of the universe! Did you know that the largest dino ever weighed over 100 tons. Sweet.
